There was rain in the forecast, but that didn’t matter!!! The Pax showed up with 13!!! An FNG was present and was named “Back Draft.” Thanks for showing up!!

Let’s Mosey down the sidewalk to the bathroom area and circle up.

Warmup:

  • 20 Side Straddle Hops
  • 20 Weed Pickers
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Hillbillies

The Wet & Sloppy

Stop 1:

Mosey to the newly-named “Peanut Hill” sidewalk. Partner up. While partner runs to the top of “Peanut Hill” and back the other partner exercises. Partners add their reps together to accomplish the following. This is when the rain started.

  • 200 Squats
  • 100 Big Boy Sit-ups
  • 50 Burpees
  • Mary for the 6

Stop 2:

Mosey back to the original parking lot for four corners. Complete four corners and Mary for the 6. Do three sets. 20, 15, 10

  • Alternating Lunges / Jump Squats
  • Carolina Drydocks
  • Big Boy Sit Ups
  • Abs and burpees for the 6 Finish up last Rep at the flag

Stop 3 – Back at the Flag:

  • Miller Time: flutter kicks
  • Devito : Supermans
  • Radar: Merkins
  • Cookie: Reverse Crunches

We were all pretty wet & sloppy at this point, front and back. Devito made sure of this while we performed merkins he’d yell “chest to the ground,” then when we circled up he had us perform supermans on the puddled asphalt.
