After disclaimer and 5 core principles, we moseyed to big parking lot for
Windmills, Weed Picker, SSH, Imperial Walker & Moroccan Night Club.
Thang #1: BURPEE circle (100 reps total as a group).
Thang #2: YCH pointed 6 different stations around the parking lot.
Imperial Walker 15x-AC
Plank Jack 25x
Round #1: Build the BLIMPS
Starting with just 5 Burpees, moseyed to the next station and added 10 Lunges (AC).
Continued until we were back to full set BLIMPS. Plank for the six.
Once round 1 completed, we moseyed around the parking lot.
Round #2: Deconstruct the BLIMPS
Starting one corner of the lot and performed a full BLIMPS set, then mosey to the next corner and perform another set,
except we dropped the last exercise. Continued in similar fashion until we just did Burpees. Plank for the six.
With a few minutes left, we moseyed back to the flag
