Mosey all the way down to the lower parking lot and begin a lap around. Stop at 1st corner for 10 merkins, then next corner 10 deconstructed burpees (merkin plus the leg thrust), then in the last corner it was 10 deconstructed burpees + plank jacks. Our coordination was tested.
Mosey up to the lower football field for Dora: 100 Big Boys, 100 LBCs while PAX alternated running 100 yards and back to tag out.
Mosey up to the lower baseball fields for 10 Dips and 10 Irkins.
Mosey up to parking lot by lower baseball fields for Dora: Reverse, Decline Plank with 50 alpha count Flutter Kicks while the PAX alternated running up to the stop sign and back.
Mosey up to the upper baseball fields for 10 Dips and 10 Derkins.
Mosey up for a big lap around the "shaft" area then to the football field to close it out with 8 Wolverines and 2 Wolverine Twists to end it.

Praises for Simple Jack's daughter who is out of the ICU and progressing. Prayers for a big meeting for Benny today at work and for all those struggling with addiction and it's consequences there within.
