The gloom was humid and muggy for the 4th installment of the Iron PAX Challenge. 6 bold PAX leaped out of bed anxiously awaiting the pain ahead of them. Here’s how it went down.
Mosey around AO to playground grabbing some large coupons on the way. We then performed various arm, leg, and back stretches to warm-up our muscles. With a quick disclaimer and explanation of the Mogadishu Mile, we began the challenge!

We discussed ideas to reach out to more men in our community as well. With soccer season starting up this weekend, Fudd presented the idea of creating flyers to reach more sad clowns and post around the AO. We also have some exciting 3rd F opportunities with various Bible studies starting up! Exciting things to come at the Firehouse!
