It was the coldest morning so far this season and several recalled The Hooch’s cold and raining start. No rain today…just cold but that didn’t stop us from getting cranked up to 11!

Mosey back – wait for 6…. then Lt. Dans (to 5x Squats 20x Lunges)…mosey to flag (after the Lt. Dans….YHC looked a lot like Bobby Cox hobbling to the mound)
