Last week, Swiper took us to the running track. An actual track! Right there in the damn AO! It got me thinking, so I looked and in 8 days, it will be 5 years since my last PT Test. I want to do one again. So I took the Q! If you are interested in doing a PT Test, show up to the Big Daddy Creek a la 0530 and join us. Wear/bring a white or light gray shirt so that we can record your results on that there shirt with a nice sharpie. (Learned idea!) We often discuss how the beat-downs don’t get easier, we just get better. Records prove that.
- AMRAP merkins for 2 minutes
- AMRAP big boy sit-ups for 2 minutes
- 2 mile run, timed
