Thang 2: back to the dam and pause for A Sky Full of Stars with Lunges & Speed Burpees. Thang 3: Grab a coupon and a pitching wedge. It's Master's weekend. Let's chip for dough, I mean burpees. We target chipped...make it and you're spared. Miss it, and it's 5 burpees. Make the further target and you can assign your 5 burpees. Only 2 were made. Proof that chippin' aint easy. We did Curls/Overhead Press to The Scientist. DryDocks/Flutters to Clocks. Skull Crushers/BentOverRows to Hymn for the Weekend (So High So High), and PlankJacks/BoxCutters to Speed of Sound. Thang 4: we closed with Something Just Like This and did Squats & Mo' Speed Burpees. Nice work, playas. Always a pleasure to lead and get the weekend started with a hymn.COT:
