Oh yeah, I did sign up for Q for today. Glad I flew back early from PA to be able to make it as much as the bed was calling. 2 HC's and 2 Pax. It's enough for me and I need some mileage.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey up the road for SSH, WP, IW
The Thang:
Mosey back a bit with squats at the street lights. Mercan mile road with Mercans on the bumps, burpees on the cross streets.
Down to Academy for a 21 gun salute (for my 21st anniversary that is tomorrow) plus some track laps and stadium steps.
Work our way back through the Mercan mile again
