Preamble:
YHC hasn’t Q’d in a while. Frankly, attendance has been spotty due to lack of a motor vehicle since Christmas. Hoping the Jeep is done today!
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey lap, then back for some IC warm-up exercises to get the blood pumping. 40 degrees and raining calls for a short warm-o-rama and a lot of movement. Warm-up = check
The Thang:
Moseyed over to Medlock Bridge road and pointed north…
Thing 1: Electric Merkin Mile. 10 squats at each tall electric pole as we moseyed north
Thing 2: At Wilson road we moseyed up the hill and gathered in a parking lot at the top of the hill. 3 rounds- 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, then 10 Hillbillies, and finally slowzy down to the bottom of the hill and sprint back up
Thing 3: Mosey back towards the flag with some pain station stops along the way
