Preamble:
My Birthday wish was 20 PAX at the Norseman and that is exactly what we had. Thanks to each one of you for posting.
Warm-O-Rama:
Down to the turf field and on our backs to see an amazing sky. (flutter kicks) along with weedpickers and imperial walkers.
The Thang:
Burpee Tag while doing SSH’s (feeling all right?) then with some music after solving a user pairing issue.
Sprint to the tennis courts for some “Stu” icides
A couple of pyramids (Merkins and Gronks) with some sprinting
Indian run back to the flag, then sprinting
One final pyramid of bonnie blairs with hands in the air
COT:
T&P’s for all in need. Convergence at boneyard later this month (10/29) Norseman hosting NLB BD and breakfast on 10/22. Casino night later that day for St. Francis wrestling team.
