Preamble:

Been a few weeks since my last Q at the Boneyard, but in the ensuing time, was able to come up with some new tricks (and a hankering for travel). Thus, with a veteran group of adventure seekers, abridged disclaimer was given and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

10 each of weedpickers, Willie Mays Hays, right over left/left over right, Hillbillies, Moroccan nightclubs, and SSH's. Mosey toward the pickle ball courts, then back to the lacrosse field.

The Thang:

1, Circle up for some Bloody Mary - 20 each of Supermen, pickle pounders, J-Lo's, low plank for 20 secs. And then mosey to the Clock Tower. 2. Dividing the clock into quadrants, starting at 12, conduct 10 HR mercans. Lunge walk to 3, conduct 10 jump squats. Lunge walk to 6, conduct 10 Carolina Drydocks. Lunge walk to 9, conduct 10 Monkey Humpers. Lunge walk to 12 and repeat for 20 reps, then repeat again for 30 reps. Imperial walker for the 6. Mosey to Mater's Parking Lot. 3. Continue Bloody Mary - 20 each of side v-ups (each side), flutter kicks, American hammers, gas pumpers. Mosey to the pavilion 4. Tabatas with Balls to the wall (20 secs) and active rest of air chair (10 secs), 8 rounds. Mosey to the Lacrosse field 5. Continue Bloody Mary - 20 each of A-Rods, 20 seconds of low plank, and 20 Supermen. 6. Back to the flag - Finish Bloody Mary with 20 LBC's and 20 reverse crunches and that was time

COT:

Prayers for Floater's wife to continue to be healed post surgery.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

A great morning and even better effort - you could tell by the sweat angels that everyone put out a lot of energy. As always, so much fun to lead this group AND to see the AO continuing to grow!
