Conditioning Day at Nirvana

Preamble:

For my first time leading @ Nirvana, I decided to keep it simple and effective.

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed to the front of the school for some light, and performed SSH, IW and Copperhead Squats.  I think.

The Thang:

First thang: Shuffled over to the nearest parking lot section for a Dora -- 100 merkins, 200 BB, 300 Squats; the running partner covering the length of the parking lot and back. Second thang: We moseyed back to the track behind the school to access the bleachers, which we would include in the following modified BLIMPS:
  1. 5 Burpees, run across the field and back
  2. 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, run across the field and back
  3. 5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, run across the field and back
  4. 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperials, 20 Merkins, run across the field and back
  5. 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperials, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, run across the field and back
  6. 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperials, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Step-Ups, run across the field and back
Once we did this, we started on step 6 (all six exercises) and worked backwards down towards step 1. Somewhere around step 4 on the backside we returned to the flag for Mary.

COT:

Second F coming soon @ Gate City, where the Alpharetta PAX that it is possible to travel from Alpharetta to Roswell and back. Prayed for those battling Covid and other ailments.
