We got wind of Cookie needing to do a lot of burpees as part of a challenge to get some Windjammer pax out to donate blood this past week. So…we thought we’d help him out a bit.
10 each in cadence
Mosey on down to the bottom of Widowmaker hill.
At the base:
50 each single count Merkins, squats, LBC
run to the top:
run back down and do 40 of each (Merkins, squats, LBC). Then back up and 20 burpees. A total of 5 hill runs ending with 50 burpees up top. Then mosey back to the soccer field for 20 x SSH and 10 x squats in cadence.
End with 2 min of Wilson (lie on your back, breathe in the morning air, relax) Backstory - Mr. Wilson was a PAX in Atlanta who used to end every beatdown with 2 wonderfully relaxing minutes. Today, it was well-deserved
