Preamble:

The weather was perfect and the PAX were mostly friendly. It was a great morning to move our bodies.

The Thang:

Mosey around the parking lot then grabbed coupons & farmer-carry to the backlot. In light of the recent passing of OJ Simpon, the playlist included plenty of West Coast old school rap with a bit of East Coast included. White Bronco Chase - start at 15 of each exercise and decrease by 1 per round. Side one - 15 goblet squat, 15 skull crushers, 15 thrusters Mosey to other side Side two - 15 no cheat merkin, 15 Bonnie Blair, 15 monkey humpers. Bernie back to other side. Back to the flag for an attempt at V-up ring of fire but failed miserably. Next time...
