Preamble:

YHC was pleased to have the opportunity to Q twice in two months...a personal record! We started with 15 PAX, 5 deciding to come in at the last moment...looking like a reverse Titanic with all the rats jumping onboard at the last moment...and the ship with off! Everyone brought a cinder with the special exception of Moonshine (who was foreshadowing a Yokel event) using a medicine ball to avoid breaking his 4th cinder block.

Warm-O-Rama:

Pick up the cinder blocks.  Run to the field for a quick circle up with some nice slow stretching and no light-speed SSHs (a special unspoken request from Butterknife).

The Thang:

Line up on the goal line and murder bunnies to the center field line.  Yes, we had stretching for the warm up...the "oh my aching back" and "I wasn't warmed up yet" whines and groans were hilarious...especially with what was to come. Pick up the blocks and Mosey to the Zebra crossing. DORA 123 Pick a partner and let's start!
  • 100 Mike Tysons | Partner "Bernie Fireman carry" the cinders backwards up the hill to the 2nd light post.
  • 200 Presses with a cinder | Partner carries cinder up the hill to the 2nd light post.
At this point lots of modifications occurred on the hill...lots of walking...some running...some with cinders...some without cinders.  And then CRASH...someone who shall not be named here...without gloves...with butter fingers...smashed their cinder with Hulk like vigor.  Tears streaming down faces at the sadness of losing yet another comrade, the PAX soldiered on.
  • 300 Goblet Squats with Cinders | Partner carries cinder up the hill to the 2nd light post.
Finish up the squats and mosey back to the field. On the field, placing the precious cargo behind the goal line, at the countdown of "3, 2, 1, GO", the Pax sprinted to the Center Line and moseyed back to the start three times to finish out The Thang. Back to the Flag with seconds to spare!

COT:

Circle up to name our newest FNG.  FNG likes to Party...and by party...gets others High on Life!  Sans the cultural poison..."Shirley Temple" was the bequeathed title.  Welcome Shirley Temple! To take us out Speedo gave a request for a recent heart transplant...health to the recipient! As this is scribed on Good Friday the day after said workout, YHC hopes you made it to a Good Friday service/workout/run/ruck that was mentioned.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Thanks all for the opportunity to lead! Over and out...
