The Thang:
stop for 10 merkins at every light pole we passed heading the long way to the parking deck. There were probably 12-13 though it felt like 50.
Main Thang:
Escalating routine starting at the bottom of the parking deck and heading up to the top.
Exercises at each corner, bernie sanders up the ramp length, karaoke the width to next corner to repeat exercises from all previous corners and add an extra.
10 merkins, 15 crunchy frog, 20 squats, 25 star jumps, 30 stone mountains, 35 LBC, 10 wolverines
Had some time left heading back to the flag to we stopped at the carved wall for some partner BTTW.
Partner 1 holds BTTW while partner 2 does 10 dying cockroach alpha. flapjack until each partner does 2 rounds on the wall.
