Preamble:
Callahan welcomed the PAX, gave the release, led Warm-orama, and broke the group into 4 directed them where to go.
Warm-O-Rama:
And off the groups went for the shot gun start for the mini BD’s
The Thang:
Four 12 minute beatdowns with MillerTime on Turf Field 1 with bear crawls and stuff
Walkie-Talkie in the parking lot with a Walkie Talkie tune special with burpees, running, and more stuff.
Crikey in the woods with more burpees, LBC’s, WW2’s, and more stuff
Bottom Bunk on turf field 2 with team partner carries and more stuff
COT:
Cookie led Mary, Crikey and Cookie led countarama and namearama. Devito officiated over the official peaceful transfer of power and recognized Cookie for his very strong leadership of the Alpha region for the last two years. Speedo was revealed as our next Nantan. (great choice!)
Ballboy delivered a Ready-Mix tribute as the sun shown down for the first time of the day.
Crikey led us in a closing prayer.
The Food was great and our motivational speaker reminded us that ………………………..
