5 Card Cinder Hold’em

Preamble:

A dark morning and a tight crew at the Boneyard.  Eager to try out this deck of cards I spent too much money on.

Warm-O-Rama:

A quick mosey around the parking lot, circling up at a pavilion nearby:

• 15 SSH
• 10 WP’s
• 10 WM’s
• 15 Hillbillies
• FWD & RVS arm circles
• COVID’s

The Thang:

• Turn on Dark Side of the Moon (moon was at 3%)
• Grab a Cinder, head to the alien drop zone (lacrosse field).  Partner up for a Dora 1-2-3:

• • 100 Thrusters
  • 200 Curls
  • 300 BO Rows
• Carry Cinders back to flag and circle up.  Get out official F3 Workout Deck.  Deal 5 cards to each PAX; in a circle, each PAX picks one card and plays it, leading the rest in the exercise.

COT:

Prayers for a Zohan & a stressful week on the home front.  Convergences coming up- Gwinnett Hall of Justice & Norseman.  Welcome FNG RedEye, who likes getting up early to exercise & likes to fly drones & model planes.
