Continuing an obnoxious streak of Q Hogging, the call came out for a Q this week and it was an easy answer.

A repeat of ALARMS from a few weeks back. Three series of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 reps with laps in between plus one additional Run cause Run starts with R. We did this twice. Total of 2.5 miles on this sequence
With 15 minutes left, we moseyed to the hill behind Milton cause NoSeeUm asked to use it today.
7’s with BBSU at the bottom and Burpee’s at the top. Groans and cursing the Q per the norm during this sequence. Special K was upset about his shoes getting wet. He hates wet feet because it’s uncomfortable compared to dry shoes.
