The Thang:
Mosey run to upper parking lot for Spam Laps. This is a partner event. First partner runs a lap around school whilst second dude repeats SPAM sequence of Squats x 10, Plank Jacks x 10, American Hammer x 10, Merkins x 10. Keep rolling until partner returns from run lap then switch. After 3 bites/laps of Spam we moved on to Mary.
LBCs, Heels to Heaven, Crab Taps, Freddy Mercury, Low Dolly, Advanced Boat Canoe – all IC X 11.
Run to lower parking lot side of school for Wall Squats, BallS to the Wall, Australian Mountain Climbers (PAX fav).
Circle up for 8 Count Body Builders IC x 8.
