For the penultimate BD of the HalphaDay event, YHC was asked to do a 0.0.  Since several of us were coming off of multiple BDs, I figured we would great the sunrise with an easy sun salutation Yoga routine, F3 style.

The Thang:

Partner routine, with 1 coupon per pair and appropriate playlist. 1 Partner performs prescribes reps of an exercise in PERFECT FORM, while the other either AMRAPs or holds position until the reps are completed.  Alternate until either a new song starts, or one of the obnoxious interruptor tracks breaks in.
