Preamble:

Seaman and Sugar were already out rucking/walking when YHC rolled in a little after 5. YHC joined them on their journey around the parking lot. Seaman asked what was on tap for today's BD. YHC response " a little bit of this, a little bit of that."

Warm-O-Rama:

Small lap followed by SSH, IW, Windmills, Mountain Climbers, Peter Parkers, Honeymooner, downward dog, and Willie Mays Hayes.

The Thang:

9 days ago on 2-25-24 my son Alden was born. He weighed 6 pounds 13 oz. So 5 rounds of: 2 burpees 25 squats 24 lunges 6 merkins 13 Carolina Dry Docks run to the gate and back   Followed that up with some People Donkey Balls - People chair, 10 donkey kicks, and then balls to the wall. Finished with some ab work Mary at the end.
