- Did some Dora's with 50 merkins, 50 squats, 50 LBCs - partner runs up around the bar area and back
- Hit the wall of stairs for 5 to 25 up the steps of merkins and then dips arms on fire now)
- Mosey to the big long hill for a Schneider call out of:
- flutter kicks 25/run/25/run (alpha)
- Freddie Mercury 50/run/50/run (alpha)
- Run back to the flag for a photo finish
