Fun at the baseball fields

Preamble:

Back over to Jericho to see some brothers I just don’t see enough of anymore.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the first concession stand for some WMH, WP, hillbillies, good mornings and reverse lunges

The Thang:

Mosey over toward the top of the big stairs, in a nice grassy area.

1. De-escalator – WWI situps in the grass, go down stairs and do burpees. Start with 10 reps of each down to 1.
2. Over to the big concession stand – Legs were nice and warm after 9 trips up and down the long stairs and 55 burpees, so we did 11’s with donkey kicks and jump squats.  Quads were aching, pax were moaning.
3. Stay there and shimmy to the baseball diamond.  Mercans at home plate, Leg raises at the right field foul pole, copperhead squats at the left foul pole. Back Home. Start with 18 mercans, 17 leg raises, 16 C Squats, etc until down to 1. Had to stop early so we could line up at home and sprint around the bases one at a time like we just hit a liner into the wall. Got dirty.
