Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over to Cheese Grater Parking Lot
– Side straddle hops
– Copperhead squat
– Weed picker
– Merkin and rotation
– Michael Phelps
– Worlds Greatest Stretch (OYO)

The Thang:

Find your Valentine and start part 1
Pt. 1 – Will you be mine? – Dora exercises
One partner works on the list below at Muscle Beach while the other partner moseys to Cheese Grater and lies flat to spell out “I (heart) U” with their legs, once spelled out the partners swap.
– Pull ups – 100
– Merkins – 150
– Squats – 200
– American hammers -250 (alpha)
Run over to the field for part 2
Pt 2 – Happy Valentine’s Mosey
Mosey across the field and when I yell:
Happy – partner 1 does 10 Merkins, while partner 2 does hallelujahs (air press)
Valentine’s – Swap Partners activity
Same system with the following exercises
– Big boys & Star Jumps
– Dry Docks & shoulder taps
– LBC’s & Side Straddle Hops
– Finish with a sprint across the field – back to the flag for Mary’s
