Unofficial Ruck from windjammer AO.
Warm-O-Rama:
Very brief warm up in parking lot – self directed.
The Thang:
Windjammer 5K from swimming pool parking lot to the Lakeside loop. Everyone brough pack and weight ranged from 20-30 lbs. One PAX brought spare 30 lb sandbag, which was passed around the team throughout the ruck. Teamwork moved the extra weight the 5K.
