Preamble:
I first posted 9 years ago. Hard to believe. I would certainly be a fatter, lonelier, more passive man if I had not posted on that rainy morning in Charleston. We celebrated the struggle today.
Warm-O-Rama:
Typical warmup. Nothing special.
The Thang:
Mosey to the Perimeter playground. Partner up for some Dora Murph action. 100 pull-ups, 200 merkins, and 300 squats. Partner running to the far light pole and back.
Indian run back. Pax were noticing that there was too much time left on the clock.
Circle up near the flag at exactly 6:04. 10 burpees EMOM for 10 minutes. Lovely way to end a beatdown.

Another peaceful transition of power at both the Hooch and Meathouse. Moving speech given by Dinghy along with a hearty handshake and wreath for each of our new AO Qs. Excited for Popper and Angus to continue to lead us forward. This area is blessed to have such great leaders everywhere we look.
