Sting of Pearls

Preamble:

YHC had an itching to get moving so we were off at 5:30.

Warm-O-Rama:

With the Pax ready to roll right at 5:30 we took off up the hill toward the parking lot.  At the lot we did some SSH’s, Weed Pickers, and Imperial Walkers.  (I think…it was almost a week ago)

The Thang:

We headed to the next parking lot over and ran down to the other end.  We stopped at each island for 5 Burppes.  For those of you that have done the Thundermeet Monday Runs (Highly Recommend!)  we were taking the short loop.

We got down to the bottom of the hill and were going to do 11’s on the side hill…but with no light we audible to the main road.  After a few rounds and dodging traffic we decided to move on.  All along the route we stopped to do more Merkins.  Then we stopped for more Merkins.  And when we got tired of doing Merkins we did more Merkins.

Always a pleasure to lead this group!  If you have a chance come on out and build relationships with these young men.
