Preamble:
Broke into two teams for a game of Bocce. (Spring-breakers have nothing on us) Grabbed the girlfriends and up to the Norseman Bocce Facilities’ parking lot.
Warm-O-Rama:
Arm Circles, Weedpickers, Motivators, Burpee Broadjump conga line. The Pax correctly identified the italian word for “flying” so no fire hydrants
The Thang:
Stu-icides on the tennis courts with optional girlfriends. Tribute to Bobby Rydell (Volare)
On to the Norseman Bocce Facilites (NBF) for a fierce competition with interspersed exercises including curls, skullcrushers, thrusts, squats, merkins, presses with girlfriends. Winning team could choose run to the bottom of the hill and back versus burpee broadjump conga line.
