Preamble:
Happy Birthday to me! 16 pax showed up this morning to yhc’s very special F3 style Birthday party!!
Warm-O-Rama:
SSH, windmill, hillbillies, weed pickers, Moroccan night clubs, Michael Phelps… then on to the party.
The Thang:
Yhc’s birthday present to himself and the pax this morning came in the form of a custom built Reverse Country Merkin Mile (patent pending). The pax took a left out of the parking lot (instead of a right – thus the “reverse”) and journeyed around the outside parimeter of the whole park the circumference of which is exactly one Country mile. Ten Merkins at every intersection, 10 burpees at every speed bump.
A slight audible when the spoiled bday q revealed he doesn’t like running up hills so the pax accommodated with burpee broad jumps up the big assed hill.
Various exercises at each major intersection until the 6 caught up. Burpees on the back stretch cut short due to time.
Because the pax had to get back in time for a special version of alphabet where they spelled out HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOONSHINE followed by a six inch chorus of happy birthday while yhc retrieved his phone. Then bonus American hammers to close.
