Preamble:

Great Friday showing at the Boneyard.  62 degrees and mostly dry, almost ideal conditions.  This was a repeat of the ‘Wintery Mix’ from a month ago.

The Thang:

Mosey to the nature loop & pain stations.  Morning call at the following:

• Dips
• Incline Merkins

Mosey off the loop to a nearby restroom for BTTW, last man standing.

Mosey back to the cars to pick up Cinders & out to the field.  Paired up for a Cinder Dora 1-2-3.

• 100 OH Press
• 200 Curls
• 300 Bent Rows

Finished off with a full round of Captain Thor and wrapped up at 42:30.

Head back to the conceptual flag and HighChair led us in a round of 15 flutter kicks.

Thankful prayers for Feather’s buddy who is headed back home after 3 months of hospital Covid recovery.  Prayers for our world leaders & for the citizens of Ukraine.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

YHC is super thankful for F3; awesome, supportive men and great workouts.  This was my first Q since my Covid outage.  Glad to be back out in the gloom.
