Preamble:

Pre-run was a party of 1, but it was good to get out and get warmed up before the PAX started showing up

Warm-O-Rama:

Took a bit of a longer mosey heading up then down the stairs then out of the park and ended up behind the racing hall of fame

Time for the Thangs
We had not used one of my favorite parts of the AO for awhile so it was time to head to the mound

The Thang:

Thang1
Mounds of fun, going to 11s
1 Mike Tyson
Up to the top of the mound 3 burpees to pay the toll
Down the hill to do 10 rocking horses
back up to the top of the mound 3 more burpees
2 Mike Tysons
Up to the top of the mound 3 burpees
9 rocking horses
Repeat  decreasing the # of rocking horses and increasing the # of Mike Tysons till the 11s were done, paying the 3 burpees toll each time you get to the top of the mound

Thang2
Slightly modified from my original plan but still worked well
Started at the usual rally point and did
5 merkins, 10 Squats, 15 BBSUs
Then take a long lap
Repeated that 3 times

Thang3
Time for Mary
SirMixalot called out flutter kicks
Script Kiddie called WW2 Sit ups

And with that the Beatdown was done.

This was taken from a sermon I heard this past weekened
The value of time and how that is one thing you can never get back once it is gone, so weigh how you spend your time knowing that once that minute is gone you will never get it back so be intentional about how you spend your time, value it when you get to spend it with friends and family and do not waste it on things that do not matter.

I am so thankful for Sir Mixalot and Janeway for making it out this morning even though the were not 100% they got up and came out to the gloom and pushed themselves, they are great examples of what being a High Impact Man is all about, thanks to both of them!
