The Thang:
We numbered off into two groups. 1’s headed over to the upper parking lot to have fun while the 2’s went to the pavilion.
1’s started with the following
- 20 x skull crusher, curls, and chest press
- run the length of the parking lot return to grab their girlfriends and move to the next row of the parking lot
- 40 x of each followed by the same run
- 60 x of each followed by the same run.
- return the girlfriends back to the starting point for 2’s, then swap!
2’ s were instructed to run one lap with hands raised above there head holding the worlds heaviest stick for lap one (full lap). Then lap two they held the stick in front of their chest and walked lap two (half lap). 2’s have to continue until 1’s are finished then swapping exercises.
Rinse and repeat until time!
