Preamble:
Conditions could not have been more different than one month ago where we run ST in the low 20s and high wind. This morning it was 60 and light rain at the start with temps falling fast during the workout.
Warm-O-Rama:
None. Come early and get prepared.
The Thang:
Chapter 11 and YHC took off at the gun time of 0530. Stiff Arm arrived shortly after. Caught up with us and passed us before the first lap was done.
