Who’s got the Q?

Preamble:
Aflac woke up at 4:57am, checked the Q sheet 6 times before arriving to the Wreck, then proceeded to ask “Who Has The Q?” It was at this time that Foley decided a group effort would be best.
Warm-O-Rama:
Squeegee warmed us up by randomly starting with side straddle hops. Followed by some other warmups we never tried before.
The Thang:
Partner one ran the lake while partner two did inclined merkins, dips, crunches, and fire hydrants.
Next we moved to the playground for some pull ups, merkins, squats, and shrugs.
Followed up with a little Mary and then back to the flag.
COT:
I think Aflac announced something and then Bear took us out. Always a good time!!!!!!
