Bears, Crabs & Cheetahs

Preamble:

With the November shuffle challenge going on in the Alpha, we were welcomed by two visitors Crab Cake and Birdie.  After a quick disclaimer, off into the gloom we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey toward the pool parking lot doing karaoke right, karaoke left, high knees and buttkickers.  Circle up for SSH, Good Morning, Windmill & Imperial Walker.  Before we could finish the warm-up, Red Ryder had exited the parking lot with an apparent back issue.  Prayers for him and his recovery.

The Thang:

Next up was a burpee suicide on the parking islands.  2 burpees at 1st, 4 at 2nd, etc, all the way up to 12 burpees.  Mary for the six.

On to the field of dreams for a Mucho Chesto cycle:

• 10 merkins at home, bear crawl to 1st
• 10 diamond at 1st, crab walk to 2nd
• 10 wide at 2nd, reverse crab to 3rd
• 10 stagger at 3rd, cheetah run home
• 10 opposite stagger at home

With half of the mucho chesto complete, we took a halftime break and had fun with a bear crawl indian run race in the outfield.  No clear winner so everyone paid a penalty of 5 Morning Woods.

Now back to the main event.  Another round of mucho chesto with a little twist on the animal moves between the bases.

With a little time left, mosey to the rock pile for Colt 45.  Rotating around the circle a few times we then made it back to the flag with 2 minutes of Mary conducted by the RNG’s DIY and Groundhog.

Prayers for DIY as he has a very important event today.  Other prayers were spoken for healing and comfort.  Santa Ruck Dec 11th.
