Respect to our Marines, Servicemen Serving our Country today…and every day. It’s time for some modified OCS training….
QIC: milli vanilli
PAX (10): cookie, false start, cox, funion, nra, feathers, walkie talkie, dr rico, dang...who am I missing here??
Thank you to all for the thoughts and prayers this week in light of all that is going on in Afghanistan. Our nephew was one of the first Marines to deploy and is in the middle of it all with his team.
Today’s workout is a modified OCS training routine. Lots of reps, probably a hill….and we stick together, no PAX left behind today.
So let’s mosey.
Over to the Lake Windward Flag for some SSH, Willie Mays Hays, and Weedpickers.
The Thang 1.0…we’re already so close, let’s go do the hill. Jog to the top, air chair for the six.
Six arrives….let’s head over to the tennis courts. A little elevation and some distance at a good pace to get the heart rate up.
The Thang 2.0…Reps Reps and more Reps.
But we have music. What are we going to do with our lives? We’re gonna Rock.

Did I mention we’re out of time?
Our thoughts are with everyone experience loss, challenging times here and abroad.
Thank you…as always.
Thanks to Dr. Rico for his TNT Message….may have been a reboot from the prior day at The Norsemen, but an excellent message worth repeating. Goals. Set them, stick to them. Make them manageable.
Feathers brought up an excellent point to make goals that incorporate one’s M, 2.0’s. Don’t alienate all the things important to you by just setting individual goals.
