With promises of humidity, no burpees, and a sub-par to adequate Q the night before on Slack, YHC felt good about what Friday held at the Wreck.
Moseyed over to the parking lot by the fields and started with the following:

Everything was fine until here. Then YHC tried to introduce the “Angle Grinder” (a combo of knee touches and merkins). An 8-count movement that even YHC got wrong first go-around during the demonstration. But we fumbled through it and YHC counted 5. Or that was the intent.
Partner up for some Dora on the field. While 1 PAX went through the exercises (100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats), other PAX would run backwards to the nearside 30 yard line and run back. Then switch.
Next was 100 stone mountains, 200 (double count) dying cockroaches, and 300 (single count) lunges with the PAX switching on running backwards to the 30 again.
Once every group had started lunges, YHC audibled to go over to parking lot for some coupon work, intending for the following to happen:
150 OHP (1 PAX do 15, other PAX holding plank then flapjack)
250 Curls (1 PAX do 25, other PAX do flutters then flapjack)
Early morning counting is hard (surely YHC gave crystal clear direction on the 15 and 25, right?).
YHC called recover with about 10 minutes left to mosey back for Mary.
Did the following: crunchy frogs, diamonds (courtesy aflac), squat billies. When YHC asked Juul for a Mary exercise, he took the PAX on a mosey journey to the playground and back to avoid another 5 minutes of Mary. You can blame the Q for the time error.
