Preamble:

7 PAX started early for 0600 pre-ruck, at 0700 for the BD, it had grown to 12. Eager and ready for action, disclaimer given, and off we went

Warm-O-Rama:

mosey around upper and lower lot back into soccer field for:

SSH IC x16
Burpee x5
20 merkin into side planks, 10 per arm
Burpee x3
Weed picker x10

The Thang:

Mosey to bottom of widowmaker hill, then down further onto trail by king’s court for:

4 rounds: the lap is the trail loop starting and ending at king’s court, each lap= 4/10 mile

Round 1) 4 laps — 15 MTN climbers — 25 merkin, 25 squats, 25 BBSU

Round 2) 3 laps — 15 MTN climbers — 50 merkins, 50 squats, 50 BBSU (sets of 25)

Round 3) 2 laps — 15 MTN climbers — 75 merkins, 75 squats, 75 BBSU (sets of 25)

Round 4) 1 lap — 15 MTN climbers — 100 merkins, 100 squats, 100 BBSU (sets of 25)

This is designed to not finish in time, the point is to work as hard as possible to get as far as possible, and be out of your comfort zone. Flo takes the honors for getting the most done. At 7:50 we wrapped up and headed to bottom of WM. Here the instructions were to get up top as fas as you can, then head down to grab the six and bring em up together. Cox had to have set a PR on this ascent, YHC was excited to witness it!

Back to flag with 2 mins left so line up on goal line, sprint to other side of goal box for 10 merkins, back to start for 9 merkins, back to target line for 8, and on down to 5, then time was called

COT:

Many prayers were mentioned and lifted up, our Lord knows what to do, and He can handle any of our burdens, we need just to remember He’s always there for us. It was an honor to lead, God bless
