Preamble:
The morning after Memorial Day (and the Murph for some of the Shadow PAX) and 10 Brave Souls showed up in the gloom for another Seles beatdown!
Warm-O-Rama:
13 Mountain Climbers, 13 Toy Soldiers, 13 Imperial Walkers, 13 Prisoner Squats, 13 Floyd Mayweathers, 13 Side Straddle Hops i.c.
The Thang:
Mosey out to Womack then to Vermack to Picnic Area for 11s: Step-Ups and Dips
Mosey to Seles Stop for Mary: 15 Freddie Mercurys 3X
Mosey to wall between dumpster and tennis court
Run up steep hill to benches @ tennis court for 10 Dips then run back and repeat 5X
Mosey to upper parking lot of North side of school to “Pick Your Poison” with six dice. Each PAX calls an exercise then Roll first dice for # of dice to roll then roll that # of dice for repetitions. Lots of good work (including many core exercises) and almost two cycles of the PAX ending with 17 Burpees (thanks Billboard!)
COT:
Manhole took us out appropriately!
Guard Dawg was present even after a 50 miler on Saturday! Way to go Dawg!
