After a record high on Thursday, Saturday fell a little short in numbers, but the effort was there. As it became clear that we would blow past 10 again, social distancing took hold and we broke into two groups. I took group A with 7 gents and Seles took the other 8 for a jaunt out of the DNC.
Group A – (all IC and all X15 and then X10) SSH, Toy Soldiers, Squats, Windmills, and Stone Mountains.
And let’s mosey
Over to the backside of the new Austin we went for a Little Dora (100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBCs) in groups of 10, 20 and 30 with a little mosey in between each exercise and each set.
Fun was had by all.
Mosey on over to the THOP (Tree House of Pain for the newer lads). Been a while since we were here and we kept it above board by going in, in groups of 3, while the other 4 remained outside and did Dips for the duration. Those who travelled in, did 10 pullups. We did 3 rounds of this.
Mosey to the lower lot for some Mary. All IC and mostly X15:
- Rosalita (High Dolly)
- Low Dolly
- Alphabet (Capital Block Letters)
- Obliques (Right and Left)
- American Hammer
- Advanced Boat Canoe
- Low Flutter
Mosey to the start of the DNC hill for the final evolution. Alternating sets up the hill of 10 HRM and 10 lunges each leg, up the hill to the light pole. (YHC got in 5 rounds).
Mosey back down to the lower lot for COT.
