Warm-O-Rama:

Warmed up with standard-issue fare – Mosey around the parking lot with variety, Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, and Weed-pickers

The Thang:

Short mosey to North end of parking lot and did 11’s – combination of Little Orphan Annie’s and Donkey Kicks against the wall.  Followed by short mosey to rear parking lot where we partnered up – one partner ran long circles around the parking lot islands, while the other partner did exercises to a total of 100 Burpies, 200 V-Ups (modified to 100), and 300 Appolo Ono’s (new one for us, basically a modified SSH).  Finished with a short mosey over to South end of said lot, and did some suicides with intermittent big boy situps and sprint to the flag.

COT:

Prayers for Stephens Family continue to be lifted up!  In addition, Zohan noted a RUCK in December for everyone to consider.
