Mosey to MS1 field and circled up for the following exercises:
Side Straddle Hops
Leg Sling (failed) – Toy Soldiers
“Orangutan” Arm Swings
Backward Arm Swirls
Part I, lunge walk from the goal line to the 10 yard line and do a set of 10 Big Boy Situps. Repeat by lunge walking to the 20 yard line for another set of 10 BBS. Then run from the MS1 field to the playground area for Part II, which includes 10 pullups, 20 incline Merkins, and 20 dips. Rinse and repeat both Part I & II.
After four rounds, YHC called an audible and we moseyed to the trail behind the tennis courts for hill reps. The PAX lined up at the bottom of the long hill then run to the top of the hill at medium intensity.
After two reps and with time beginning to run short, we moseyed back to the flag.
