March Madness of the Exicon

Preamble:

Mixing it up with some new exercises from the Exicon. And it is March Madness. A match made in heaven.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the top of the Widowmaker for:

• SSH
• Weed Pickers
• Windmill
• Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

So exercise face-off bracket was revealed. PAX were told that they got to vote on what exercise we did. The trick is most people did not know the names to it was a shot in the dark. The exercises were broken into a bracket of coupon exercises and a group of body weight exercises. We broke into 3 groups.  Group 1 started with the coupon exercises, group 2 the body weight and group three was the timer as they ran the big loop. After group three everyone rotates to the next station and exercise then and one more time until everyone has a chance to do all three stations.

The bracket worked out like this:

I never would have pegged Angle Grinder as the winner!  A Cinderella story!

We ran over to the Widowmaker and since we had time, a trip to the bottom, 10 merkins on the crosswalk and run back to the top.

After collecting the 6 we ran back to the flag and did some slow deep squats for time.
