Over Indexing the Sandbag

Preamble:

YHC found a sandbag in the garage the day before the beatdown and decided to try and incorporate it into the entire BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

Ran around in a circle and did the usual warmup stuff.

The Thang:

To be honest, this didn’t quite work out as YHC had hoped.  It was hard enough to explain what we did to the PAX live and there’s probably a character limit in this field that would prevent me from doing an even worse job explaining in writing than I did verbally.

We got through it and the PAX were good sports and humored YHC (to an extent).

Not a terrible workout and my thighs were sore as hell from a bunch of duck walking but overall nothing much to capture here to inspire a future PAX looking for inspiration.  Best to look elsewhere, brother.  I hear they have really great workouts and backblasts in Fort Mill.
