Dora with Cinders
P1: Rifle Carry up the stairs and back down
P2: Curls to 150

P1: Farmers Carry both cinders up stairs and back
P2: Burpees to 60

P1: 10 Cinder Squats
P2: SSH to 200

Thang 2: To the green space in the middle. Starting at the edge, laid out 3 cinders and 2 sand bags in a row.  Each pax picks one.  Cinder: Murder bunny.  Sandbag: bear crawl with pull through.
Go until Q says stop, do 10 mercans, then switch to the other toy. Go until Q says stop, 10 mercans, switch.   Rinse and repeat and come back to start.

Thang 3: Bruce Lee.   15 Flutters, 15 BBSU, 15 Crunchy Frogs, run 20 yards, same thing. Run back, same thing.  A lot of groans at this point.
Finished with ring of fire with controlled mercans, mountain climbers, plank jacks.
