Preamble:
One normal pre-runner to get in the extra mile today. Good number of HC’s and a few that didn’t showing up for a Monday run.
Warm-O-Rama:
No warming up, we just run.
The Thang:
Headed out to Green and some did the Waterside Loop to add in the extra distance. Around the castle on Cagle to Etris and just as we were about to the top of the hill we cut through Edenwilde subdivision.
Crossed through the Kroger parking lot and then a straight shot back to the starting point.
Coffee at Starbucks for 6 PAX as well.
