Articulation

Preamble:

YHC, Baskins, Deuce, and Snowman showed up for a pre-run.  YHC has been a little loose on his diet and exercise recently, but the glorious PAX pushed him for a good run.  Mission was successful.

Baskins had to peel off after the run for family obligations, but the other three PAX continued on for a The Storm ruck and talk about the Q source.

Warm-O-Rama:

Rucked to the top of the parking structure.

The Thang:

Before the Ruck, and for approximately the first 15 minutes, PAX talked about articulation from the Q Source.

The main takeaway was that articulating a vision takes practice.  It is not an inherent skill.

During the ruck, we had a great time discussing various work life issues and how we can further our life goals.

COT:

Prayers were given for Deuce’s family and a journey they are about to embark on.

It was also mentioned that a 3rd F opportunity is coming up.  Mentor Me is holding a cornhole tournament on June 25, with YHC and Lightweight holding 5 teams already paid for.  Got a HC from Snowman and Deuce for this.

PAX went for coffee at LOTH, where great fellowship was had.
