Visitor from a distant AO

Preamble:

YHC showed up for pre run expecting Baskins, instead found Lightweight already running. We did a quick pre run and then prepared for the beatdown.

YHC was half expecting Suarez to show up, but his kids are sick and figured he may not show (didn’t hear from him). So YHC came prepared.

Warm-O-Rama:

To YHC’s delight, there was a down range PAX from OH, Software.

Extra long mosey to a unique warmup spot.

Ten side straddle hops

Ten toy soldiers

Ten weed pickers

Ten imperial walkers

Michael Phelps and torso twists on your own.

The Thang:

To the soccer fields for Doras.

Two PAX would stay at goal line and perform exercises while the other engaged in cardio (suicides, sprints, Bernie Sanders). Each PAX would pick an exercise and how many the group had to do collectively. Every 6 exercises, a short active recovery before resuming.

Finished with a long mosey with intermittent sprints at full speed, until returned back to the flag.

COT:

Consistency was the MOC.

As prayers started, Glitter showed up to enjoy some fellowship.

YHC was unable to stay long but it looks like Glitter and Software were having a nice chat.
