Has anyone seen Log Cabin’s shirt???

Preamble:

Another perfect morning for a little longer than usual Monday run.  One PAX shorter than normal due to Baby Sheppard coming early, but no worries at all, No-See-Um picked up the spot with his V-Post at Crossroads, happy to have him here.  Weather was so nice, Log Cabin decided to make shirts optional today…   Disclaimer was made at 5:30 on the dot and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm ups here, we just run…

The Thang:

Heading out toward Milton library to start, 2 PAX cut the corner to ease the longer distance.  Other r5 headed straight and around to Bethany Bend and back to Mid-Broadwell.  Cut back down Charlotte Drive and realized we passed 3 PAX’s houses along the route today.

COT:

Announcement on upcoming F3 Alpha Convergence this weekend, May 7th, at North Park.

Also payers for Caffey and his M and family with the addition of baby Sheppard.

Quick prayer to help us continue strong this week and be leaders in our community and we were done.

Late announcement that Q sheet is up and looks like El Matador has already claimed two spots.
